After starting as a gathering of friends in our founder’s basement, it’s no secret why Board & Brush has grown to include hundreds of locations nationwide. Not only do you have a great time with friends, you bring home a beautiful piece of personalized art you made yourself!
Discover the artist in you. A night out at Board & Brush will help you tap into the inner creativity you didn’t know was there. We make it easy with a wide variety of designs.
No experience required. Our team of experts will provide all the tools and materials and show you how to easily create your very own, completely unique wood sign, box, tray, or other DIY projects.
Eat, drink, and be creative. To help the creativity and good feelings flow, check out your local studio for information on available offerings.

1. Pick a Studio Near You
To find a location nearest to you, visit our studio locations page. There you can input a ZIP code or allow our site to auto-detect the best studio based on your location.
2. Choose a Date
View your studio location’s calendar to find a date and time that works best for you and your friends.
3. Browse our online gallery
Choose your favorite design from one of many, including quotes, kitchen, laundry, sports, children, family, and other designs. Once you have selected your design, follow the guided process to book your seat and complete the registration.
4. Show Up & Have Fun!
That’s really it! You bring you—we’ll take care of the rest. Sessions typically last three hours, but these can vary a bit depending on studio. Be sure to arrive a little early to find your seat and get settled in—we start our DIY workshops on time!
