We can’t contain our excitement about the grand opening of Board & Brush Apollo Beach, FL! Please help us give a big congratulations to the studio owners, Julie and Kevin Boyd. We are so excited to welcome them to our franchise family and can’t wait to see what they have in store for the Apollo Beach DIY community!
Julie and Kevin have been married since 2010 and have two beautiful daughters. Julie has her master’s degree in education and has always loved being creative. She loves to relax in her home office and paint with acrylic on canvas. Kevin is an Air Force vet that has always had a passion for woodworking ever since his father gave him his first set of tools as a child.
As Tampa Bay Area natives, they love everything the state has to offer. On the weekends, they can be found either on or near the water, hiking through some beautiful nature parks, or enjoying one of the many theme parks in the area. They have always wanted to start a business together, and when they lived in Texas for a few years, they found a local Board & Brush studio and instantly knew it was what they wanted to do. Through this venture, they are instilling the value of hard work, pride in ownership, and the value of supporting your community in their two daughters.
