It’s sweet, sweet summertime at Board & Brush, which means we have all of the summer décor you need to decorate your home this season!

Today we are excited to feature one of our favorite July releases – our mini fruit slice pedestal project! Not only does the size & pedestal feature make this mini the perfect décor piece for your home, but we also love the way that your paint color choices determine which type of fruit is featured.

Time to Set Up

Once you’ve brought your new DIY pedestal home, it’s time to bring it to life in a summertime bar setting. When it comes to the essentials of your setup, we recommend including:

Your favorite drink offering(s) – we chose lemonade, sangria, and margaritas for the ultimate summer spread
Cute glasses & straws – we used mason jars for an element of vintage charm
Fruit – we decided to have fruit slices available as a garnish for the drinks, but we also used them as a fun element of décor!
Fresh flowers – flowers make everything better! We chose flowers that complemented the colors of our fruit pedestals
