Meet Board & Brush Forest Owner
Stefanie Feese
Stefanie was born and raised here in Bedford County and she and her husband Jamie have been married for eighteen years and have built their family as well as their businesses here. They have a seventeen-year-old son, Ramsey, and a fifteen-year-old daughter, Riley, that have both been instrumental in the creation and renovations of the studio. Jamie owns and operates a logging and excavating business that allows him to do what makes him happy. As a family they love to travel to the Smokey Mountains and to the Outer Banks. They love spending time riding the trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway and visiting the orchards for fresh fruit each season. Stefanie is the daughter of a talented carpenter that started her love for the sight, smell and feel of sawdust. Thankfully, her husband being a logger has continued to fill her home and her heart with piles of it! In November of 2018 Stefanie attended a workshop at another studio and fell in love with the idea, the atmosphere and the experience. When she couldn't get the idea out of her head, she decided to look into the franchise options and by January of 2019 she had committed to opening one in her hometown. Building a brick and mortar business that will allow her to give back to the community that has helped her become the woman she is today will fulfill a lifelong dream for her.
