Prosper, TX is a growing community with a small-town feel in the North Dallas suburbs. It is located between Denton and McKinney, just north of Frisco, TX. The motto for the Town of Prosper is "A place where everyone matters!”, because of its family-oriented community and open feel! It’s a fast-growing community with a strong pro-business mindset. In the area, you’ll find the new PGA golf course, local entertainment like the MLS FC Dallas team, Dallas Cowboys headquarters at The Star, and Gates of Prosper.

SIP & PAINT AT OUR WOOD SIGN WORKSHOPS
At Board & Brush in Prosper, we marry the joy of wine and paint with the classic timelessness of wooden signs. Our instructor-led DIY wood sign workshops allow you to combine your creativity and willingness to learn new skills. We provide you with the instruction, materials and design for you to distress, sand, stain, paint, and customize your personalized piece of art!
HOW IT WORKS
1. REGISTER FOR A WORKSHOP
View our calendar above to find a date and time that works best for you and your friends and family (the more, the merrier!). You can also look for a workshop that features the type of project you’d like to create, like a PYP or specialty project. Then, you’ll browse our gallery of hundreds of designs to choose which one you’d like to create in your upcoming workshop!
2. ARRIVE EARLY!
Our workshops start on time, so you’ll want to arrive early to get settled! You can start thinking about the endless creative possibilities ahead, take photos with friends, and enjoy your favorite beverage (some studios are BYOB, while others sell alcohol, please check with your local studio about their policies).
3. GET YOUR DIY ON!
At your paint and sip workshop, you’ll turn raw wood into a finished project fit for your home! You’ll be guided by our expert instructors throughout each step in the workshop - sanding, distressing, staining, painting your stencil, and waxing! You choose all your colors in person at the workshop! Our workshops are typically about 3 hours long.
4. DISPLAY YOUR NEW DÉCOR
When you leave our workshops, you’ll leave with a wood project that you’ll be proud to display in your home! We mean it when we say that no experience is necessary - our instructors are there to help turn you into a DIY expert. Now that your beautiful farmhouse-inspired project is complete, you’ll take it home to find the perfect spot to display it!

Meet Board & Brush Prosper Owners
Catherine Humphrey & Kelley Moss
Catherine Humphrey and Kelley Moss met during their first year of teaching and became fast friends. Their desire to have fun while doing the best for their students, family, and friends quickly solidified their friendship. Some of their colleagues dubbed them "Team Awesome", a persona they have since embraced! Catherine and Kelley have always been hands-on creators and have completed quite a few DIY projects. When they visited Board & Brush for Kelley’s bachelorette party, they knew right away that it was a perfect fit! After 20+ years of teaching, they are excited to embark on this new adventure together. They love what the B&b brand represents and what it offers customers in terms of a fun and rewarding creative experience.
Catherine and Kelley have both lived in the North Dallas area their entire lives and they share a love for travel, food, fun with friends and family, and a good bottle of red wine. Catherine and her husband Ian have been married for over 20 years and have four teenage boys, who they love watching play sports. Kelley and her husband Vance met and got married in 2020 and they love cheering on their Texas Aggies and Dallas Mavericks. Both Catherine and Kelley are excited to join the Board & Brush family and fulfill their dreams to work together in a creative and fun environment!

Board & Brush Prosper is located on the corner of Coit Rd. and E Prosper Trail next to Chante Mexican Grill and Cantina, across the street from Marco‘s Pizza and Sugar Boy donuts. Ample parking available.
