We are no strangers to the fact that an entryway console table can often end up being a place that collects miscellaneous clutter. An entryway console table is a great place to store the items that you’ll want to quickly grab before running out of the house – like car keys, your wallet, sunglasses, and more. But what happens when those items start to look like clutter?

A DIY box is the perfect finishing touch. We especially love these boxes for the fireplace mantle – not only do they stand out on what’s already considered quite a statement piece, but they can provide a home for miscellaneous décor elements.
For example, we had some nice faux plants we were hoping to display on the fireplace, but they had black plastic pots, which didn’t quite fit the aesthetic we were going for. A Board & Brush box offered the perfect decorative storage solution for these potted plants!
