Are you looking for a night out with friends? Is your inner DIY itching for a fun new project without having to buy all your own supplies and make a mess at your house? Then BOOK A WORKSHOP for the ultimate paint and sip experience at Board & Brush Creative Studio in Tulsa.
Tulsa is located in the Northeast corner of Oklahoma and has a rich history in historic architecture as well as music and art. Our studio is centrally located for access from bedroom communities such as Bixby, Broken Arrow, and Jenks. The Tulsa area offers plentiful shopping and dining options around the studio (Woodland Hills Mall, Target, Pei Wei, Taco Bell, Jason's Deli, and Which Wich among others are not far away). Also known as Green Country, Tulsa is surrounded by several lakes and recreational activities. There are several things to do in Tulsa, including concerts at the BOK Center, spending time outdoors at the new Gathering Place park, watching Drillers baseball and Oilers hockey, as well as nightlife in the revitalized downtown area.

Beer and wine are available for purchase in the studio.

SIP & PAINT AT OUR WOOD SIGN WORKSHOPS
At Board & Brush in Tulsa, we marry the joy of wine and paint with the classic timelessness of wooden signs. Our instructor-led DIY wood sign workshops allow you to combine your creativity and willingness to learn new skills. We provide you with the instruction, materials and design for you to distress, sand, stain, paint, and customize your personalized piece of art!
HOW IT WORKS
1. REGISTER FOR A WORKSHOP
View our calendar above to find a date and time that works best for you and your friends and family (the more, the merrier!). You can also look for a workshop that features the type of project you’d like to create, like a PYP or specialty project. Then, you’ll browse our gallery of hundreds of designs to choose which one you’d like to create in your upcoming workshop!
2. ARRIVE EARLY!
Our workshops start on time, so you’ll want to arrive early to get settled! You can start thinking about the endless creative possibilities ahead, take photos with friends, and enjoy your favorite beverage (some studios are BYOB, while others sell alcohol, please check with your local studio about their policies).
3. GET YOUR DIY ON!
At your paint and sip workshop, you’ll turn raw wood into a finished project fit for your home! You’ll be guided by our expert instructors throughout each step in the workshop - sanding, distressing, staining, painting your stencil, and waxing! You choose all your colors in person at the workshop! Our workshops are typically about 3 hours long.
4. DISPLAY YOUR NEW DÉCOR
When you leave our workshops, you’ll leave with a wood project that you’ll be proud to display in your home! We mean it when we say that no experience is necessary - our instructors are there to help turn you into a DIY expert. Now that your beautiful farmhouse-inspired project is complete, you’ll take it home to find the perfect spot to display it!

Meet Board & Brush Tulsa Owners
Leslie & Robert Stephens
Leslie has always enjoyed making things. Her mother passed down a love of crafting, painting, sewing, and baking to her at a young age and she still almost always has at least one home project in the works. Much of her professional career was spent in retail, as she loved the opportunity to meet people and help them feel good about themselves and their purchases. When she heard that the Tulsa Board & Brush studio was for sale, it seemed like the perfect mesh of what she loved about her job and her hobbies!
Leslie met her husband, Bob, in 2017, and they were married in 2019. They share a love of traveling the world - having been to India, Brazil, Argentina, and Jordan together in recent years. Bob works in HR for a major Oklahoma healthcare system and while he isn't himself crafty, he is a huge supporter of all of Leslie's "projects"…and lovingly turns a blind eye to her continually growing collection of Halloween and Christmas decorations!
Bob and Leslie are also animal lovers and repeat foster failures. They currently have 3 small, incredibly spoiled dogs; Tucker, Togo, and Miso, who keep them in line and rule the house.

Board & Brush Tulsa is located half a mile between Memorial and Mingo in the central part of Tulsa. There is plenty of parking in front and to the side of the studio.
